About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be at the heart of our growth strategy. This role is designed for someone who loves the blend of creativity and analytics, thrives in paid media platforms, and is eager to test, learn, and scale campaigns that directly drive revenue. You'll manage our most important performance channelsMeta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Adsand have the autonomy to experiment with emerging platforms to discover new growth opportunities.

This is not just an execution roleyou'll have the chance to influence strategy, shape how Archer Review shows up in the market, and drive measurable results that fuel the company's next stage of growth. This is a fully remote individual contributor marketing role, reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The b ase salary will be $70,000-$75,000, plus a 10% commission plan.
