Overview
The Talent (HR) Business Partner is responsible for proactively driving, supporting, and executing HR initiatives across the full Operations organization, including the 24 / 7 distribution center and other assigned client groups. This role requires expertise in supporting both warehouse and office environments. The TBP serves as the single point of contact for people-related issues and partners with assigned Leadership Teams to maximize engagement, retention, and performance. We are seeking a professional with a track record of driving high performance within the organization.
Responsibilities
- DRIVE HIGH PERFORMANCE : Partner with Leadership Teams to cultivate high performance and top talent within assigned client groups; act as the local expert on talent; proactively manage bench strength and internal movement; collaborate with leadership and people managers to manage mid-year and year-end performance reviews; partner with Talent Acquisition to fill open roles; participate in interviews for Senior Leadership roles as needed; enable high engagement.
- TALENT DEVELOPMENT : Facilitate local programs; support strengths-based people management including coaching managers; promote Red Bull entrepreneurial development philosophy by coaching leadership and people managers.
- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND COMPLIANCE : Proactively manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations as needed and provide clear direction to managers; ensure compliance with federal and state laws and OFCCP.
- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS : Coach leadership on the compensation philosophy and empower managers; serve as local subject matter expert on basic compensation matters and escalate to Talent Operations and Compensation and Benefits teams as appropriate.
- PEOPLE STRATEGY : Be an integral part of the annual planning process and execute a people-centric strategy for the organization; coach and empower client groups to hire, develop and keep the best performers.

Local expert on talent who drives high performance and provides business-focused HR partnership to leadership teams, people managers, and individual contributors.Build and maintain exceptional relationships with local TBPs; ensure high performance and top talent; bench strength and succession planning; ensure understanding of Red Bull HR processes and tools; employees understand the entrepreneurial development model and drive their own development.Identify employee relations issues early to enable rapid resolution.Your knowledge and expertise that matter most
Minimum 7 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in strategic HR business partnership.HR experience within a distribution facility or logistics environment preferred or asset.Experience facilitating client-facing Talent training programs.Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.Ability to translate business priorities into HR value proposition and strategies to meet business needs.Ability to influence and manage change and handle change management initiatives.Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.Strong planning and project management abilities.Self-starter with a creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results.Track record of cross-functional collaboration and adapting national strategies at a local or regional level.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with HR Information Systems.Track record of strong business partnership within a dynamic, matrixed environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership.Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus.This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
