They're hiring a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join their growing HR team. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can coach, advise, and deliver scalable HR solutions while building strong relationships across the business.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted HR partner across the business, providing coaching and support on people matters including performance, development, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and levels of the organization
- Provide counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, talent decisions, and sensitive employee matters ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance
- Deliver core HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives in partnership with peer leaders and CHRO
- Lead, develop, and manage the Talent Acquisition / Recruiting team, aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and implement recruiting programs that attract, assess, and hire top talent
- Use data and people metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive action
- Support organizational changes including role transitions, team redesign, and change management
- Promote a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of accountability, feedback, and inclusion
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, balancing risk with business needs
What You Bring
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR Business Partner capacityStrong track record in employee relations, performance coaching, and navigating complex people issuesDemonstrated ability to partner with and influence employees and leaders at all levels, including executivesExperience in regulated or professional services industries preferred; financial services a plusProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent judgment and discretionStrong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP) a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), PowerPoint and HRISWhy Join Kestra?
