CGS is searching for a skilled customer support agent to provide assistance to the US Army's Digital Training Management System.
Essential Functions :
- Works with a team of Customer Service Agents supporting the US Army Digital Training Management System help center.
- Provides telephonic, email, online chat, and other customer services for government customers.
- Must maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate potential issues to Customer Support Lead.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
