Job Summary
The Communications Specialist will assist with coordinating communication efforts between teams, clients, and partners. This role focuses on maintaining organized and professional communication channels while supporting project coordination and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for client and internal communications
Prepare and organize written materials, reports, and presentations
Assist in coordinating information flow between departments and clients
Ensure all communication is professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards
Support meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions
Maintain internal communication records, contact lists, and updates
Assist management with administrative and coordination tasks related to communication projects
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
