Overview Strategic Franchising Systems is seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Specialist - Design to join our Franchise Brand Development team. Our mission is to identify and attract the best potential franchisees across our family of five brands—The Growth Coach, TruBlue Home Service Ally, Caring Transitions, Fresh Coat, and Pet Wants—and help our Franchise Development sales team nurture these leads through the funnel. This role will be central to our lead generation efforts, providing visually compelling and conversion-driven design across paid campaigns, websites, and digital communications.
Base pay range
$55,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities Paid Media & Social Campaigns
Design creative ad sets for paid search, social media, and display campaigns.
Develop branded visuals that drive clicks, conversions, and engagement.
Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns
Create responsive, visually engaging email templates.
Design graphics and layouts that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
Website Optimization
Support ongoing improvements to franchise development websites across all brands.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to enhance user experience, conversion paths, and lead capture design.
Execute landing page design and A / B testing to improve campaign performance.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards while tailoring designs for unique audience segments.
Manage and maintain visual assets and templates for cross-team use.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years of professional design experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or lead-generation environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
HubSpot design and automation experience strongly preferred (email design, landing pages, lead flows, reporting).
Strong understanding of design principles for digital conversion (CTAs, UX / UI, mobile-first design).
Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design decisions.
Creative thinker who thrives on building visuals that drive results.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working across multiple brands with different voices and visual identities.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with marketers, developers, and the franchise sales team.
Curious and growth-minded—staying up to date on design, digital marketing, and conversion optimization best practices.
Go getter willing to pitch in on projects outside of specific job description or responsibility.
