They have been in business 45+ years, and do almost 100% negotiated work in commercial, retail, multifamily, office, and industrial.

Due to growth they need to add a Superintendent to their growing Fort Lauderdale office.

Below are the requirements for this role :

• 10+ years' experience in general contracting working on wide variety of project types
• A team builder and team player
• Experience building commercial projects in the $10M-$50M range
• Ability to deal directly with clients
