Starkey is hiring for a Financial Analyst to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial performance. This position leads aspects of the budgeting and forecasting process, provides decision support for strategic initiatives, and actively contributes to process improvement efforts within the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / RESULTS :

• Serve as the financial reporting software administrator, responsible for :
• Driving projects to enhance system functionality and analytics capabilities
• Maintain system structure and user security to ensure data integrity
• Lead aspects of the annual budget and forecasting process
• Provide decision support for operational and strategic initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders
• Analyze operational and financial data / metrics to drive financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial reports, financial models and business cases
• Maintain thorough knowledge of financial data / information sources
• Work with Controllership team to ensure alignment of financial impacts
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives and optimize systems and processes
• Other projects / responsibilities as assigned

Working Conditions :

The annual salary for this position is between $64,680 -$88,200 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
