What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive pediatric care : exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Manage both acute and chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma, diabetes, ADHD, and developmental concerns.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies.
Educate families on growth, development, nutrition, immunizations, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate comprehensive, family-centered care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic electronic health record system.
Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and community outreach programs.
What You'll Bring
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-PC or PNP-AC).
Current Washington ARNP license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority.
BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months-company provided).
1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care, health equity, and community engagement.
