What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive reproductive and gynecologic healthcare, from adolescence through menopause.
Diagnose and manage common women's health conditions, menstrual disorders, and reproductive concerns.
Deliver prenatal and postnatal care (if within scope and credentialing).
Conduct preventive screenings (Pap smears, breast exams), contraceptive counseling, and STI testing / treatment.
Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostics, and coordinate follow-up care.
Educate patients about family planning, reproductive health, menopause, and wellness.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic electronic health record system.
What You'll Bring
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC).
Current Washington ARNP license and DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances).
1–2 years of women's health experience preferred.
BLS certification (required); Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to patient-centered care, health equity, and community outreach.
