Responsibilities :

• Maintain a culture of fast iteration and practical problem solving.
• Own the VFX rendering pipeline and tools.
• Collaborate with the VFX team to optimize systems and implement new solutions.
• Evolve existing systems into state-of-the-art solutions.
• Design and implement new rendering techniques.
• Create visually stunning graphics, balancing performance and resource management.
• Work with stakeholders to analyze constraints and develop solutions.
• Mentor engineers and support technical problem-solving.

Requirements :

Preferred : Experience with AAA titles and shipping on PC / consoles.

Location : California

Compensation :

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $275,500 annually, with potential sign-on bonuses, relocation packages, and stock options.
