About the Role :

We are seeking a world-class Director of Global Sales & Marketing Interventional GI, a true entrepreneurial rainmaker to lead our charge against the industry giants in Interventional Endoscopic Imaging. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front : Personally drive major deals and set the bar for excellence.
  • Develop and execute go-to market strategies : Dominate the North American Interventional GI market and spearhead international expansion.
  • Nurture and expand KOL relationships : Transform early adopters into vocal champions and global reference sites.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor : Build a world-class team of sales, marketing, and channel professionals.
  • Shape the business : Provide direct field feedback to influence product roadmap, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Deliver results : Meet and exceed aggressive growth and profitability targets.
