Electrical Project Manager - Multi Family Residential

Electrical Project Managers report to a Division Manager and are responsible for the management, performance and completion of assigned projects in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. Ideal candidates possess in-depth knowledge of installation, alterations, additions and / or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials within the commercial construction industry. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Successful in previous positions

• Logical reasons for employment changes
• Experience and background indicate the candidate can perform the job well
• Candidate feels confident that he / she can perform the job well
• Electrical license preferred but not required

Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses the physical fitness and visual acuity necessary to perform the requirements of the position, i.e., survey electrical rooms, climb ladders, walk on rooftops, open electrical panels, read equipment nameplate data, etc. Monitor and control the Company's established policies and procedures in the areas of, but not limited to :
