Sr IT Solution Analyst

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Sr IT Solution Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This program will provide on-site support for the daily operations and maintenance of the DOT web platform on the Office of the Secretary of Transportation's Drupal Content Management System (CMS). Tasks also include the integration and development of new content and / or websites within the CMS and migration to Drupal 8 and / or possible adoption of a new CMS.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze business problems and identify appropriate solutions.
• Conduct research, gather requirements, and propose solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Provide expertise in evaluating technologies, processes, and tools to support decision-making and solution implementation.
• Direct the development of management plans and reports.
• Accountable for schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, management reviews, and briefings / presentations.
• Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures.
• Provide meeting and travel coordination, filing and document organization, and related support services.
