EFK Moen, LLC, is a civil engineering design consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri with additional office locations in St. Charles, Missouri, Chicago and Fairview Heights, Illinois, and Atlanta, Georgia. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time position managing DOT projects in our Fairview Heights, Illinois office. The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a proven track record of leadership as this is an opportunity for expansion and growth in this newly created position / role. Job Description :

Collaboratively work in partnership with our Illinois Regional Transportation Manager to lead civil engineering design projects as a Project Manager in a team-oriented environment. Project emphasis is transportation engineering design for both public and private sectors which range in scope from small to multimillion-dollar designs. Services are provided to a wide range of clients that include state DOTs and other governmental agencies - municipal, county and state.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Project manager responsible for delivering quality highway / roadway design projects with a team that adheres to the client's budget and schedule
• Develop detailed design scope and budget that meets client needs and manage budget throughout the life of the project
• Collaborate with both internal and external team members including other design disciplines
• Provide consistent project updates to the client
• Provide training to staff-level engineers
• Responsible and accountable for client / customer satisfaction and technical project execution
• Participate in project proposal preparation and client presentation
• Responsible for being the Engineer of Record on projects
• Performs other job duties as assigned
