Sr Project Manager (Civil Construction)

Keeley Construction is looking to add an experienced Sr Project Manager to our Civil Energy Group in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple project teams and plan / schedule multiple projects.
• Balance time between projects, estimating, and business development.
• Maintain positive working relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and other team members.
• Oversee project engineers, assistant project managers, project managers, and field staff. Take responsibility for growing and guiding their team\'s growth within their roles.
• Partakes in proposal meetings to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Maintain all profit and performance responsibility on projects. Strong financial and resource management skills to forecast project costs, subcontractor outcomes, and identify and rectify potential and actual risks associated with their projects.
• Manages the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors.
• Responsible for all contracts & subcontractor / vendor roles associated with their projects.
• Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet / exceed internal and external client expectations.
• Participate in strategic planning for Business Unit / Region.
