Senior Project Manager

Maintain excellent standard of communication with supers, clients, PEs, and others. Managing projects from $2M-$15M in size. Manage projects in the Light Industrial, Multifamily dorms, Warehouse, Tenant Finish, Industrial, Commercial offices. Contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment in a meaningful way. Handle a full ground up job from start to finish.

7-10+ years of PM experience. Multiple years of experience with a General Contractor. Strong technical aptitude within the corresponding industries. Ground up project experience. Construction related degree is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
