Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear and transparent communication. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules with precision and efficiency. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials are delivered as per project timelines. Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• 5+ years of commercial general contracting experience
• Able to use Procore, BlueBeam, P6, or other construction software
• OSHA 30 or willingness to get it
• Good familiarity with the St. Louis construction market
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
