Job Description
Oversee all aspects of construction project planning, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved. Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation and records for reference and analysis. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have : a proven track record of managing construction projects in the business services industry; strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively; excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders; proficiency in project management software and tools to enhance efficiency; in-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance regulations; a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management; working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical; working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings; excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
