Civil Project Manager – Land Development | St. Louis, MO

We’re looking for a Civil Project Manager to join our growing team in St. Louis !

We’re working with a multi-disciplinary firm providing Civil Engineering, Surveying, Landscape Architecture, ADA Transition Planning, and GIS services across the U.S. While we have multiple offices, we operate as one collaborative team that values innovation, growth, and a strong sense of community.

If you’re passionate about land development and want to lead projects that shape where people live, work, and play, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage residential and commercial land development projects
  • Work directly with clients and coordinate with consultants
  • Prepare reports, cost estimates, and support business development efforts

What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • PE preferred
  • 6+ years of civil / site design experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CAD
