Role Overview :

Lead and support enterprise and growth account portfolios in Home Services, Healthcare (patient acquisition), and E-commerce. Manage Account Leaders, guide teams using data-driven strategies to achieve performance marketing goals (LTV / CAC, ROAS, payback). Prioritize transparency, speed, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as VP and Director-level contact  for 4-8 accounts, point-of-contact; lead / assist strategic client sessions (QBR / MBR)
• Turn business objectives into actionable channel plans, budget management and test roadmaps
• Challenge briefs and present options with risks and implications
• Oversee billing, reporting, and delivery with Account Supervisors / Managers
• Project manage dotted-line teams in media, SEO, CRO, analytics, and creative
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, QA, and project workflows
• Manage for KPI achievement in paid media, SEO, CRO, and analytics
• Assist in new business pitches, deck development, and project management
• Identify expansion opportunities and shape SOWs to protect scope / margin
