IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time construction Safety Manager to cover the Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota area.

Overview

Job Summary

• Works under direct supervision of Division Safety Manager
• Assists in New Employee Safety Orientation training
• Inspects and audits projects / jobsites for compliance with IES C&I safety policies, procedures, programs
• Conducts employee training on IES-C&I safety policies, procedures and programs
• Conducts safety toolbox meetings on projects / jobsites
• Investigates incidents and near-misses with prevention recommendations
• Leads safety inspection process; assists management to ensure all violations are corrected immediately
• Completes other duties as directed by Division Safety Manager
• Travel may be required
