Summary

WellTheory is expanding our  Registered Dietitian  team. In this role, you’ll partner with us to deliver our proprietary care program to members.  This is a full-time role with benefits .

Note : We’re accepting applications on a rolling basis for this position. Start dates will vary and be dependent on user enrollments.

Who We Are

WellTheory is a remote, seed-stage startup on a mission to reverse the autoimmune epidemic backed by some of the top investors in consumer and healthcare. To do that, we are combining food as medicine, community care, and personalized insights from health data to build a membership experience that supports women no matter where they are in their autoimmune journey.

Autoimmune conditions cost the US healthcare system $100b each year, and they disproportionately affect women. Since health is 80% lifestyle-driven, there is a huge healing impact of food, movement, stress management, and sleep on autoimmune conditions.

About the Role

We are seeking a  Registered Dietitian  who shares our passion for functional nutrition and holistic health to join our Care Team. This role is primarily member-facing, with opportunities to focus on functional  lab analysis ,  autoimmune care , and  advanced care techniques.

As an early team member, you'll play a pivotal role in developing WellTheory’s care journey and supporting members in achieving their health goals. You’ll work closely with members to deliver tailored, whole-body health solutions while helping shape the culture and processes of an innovative, fast-paced startup.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a  functional nutrition  approach.
• Leverage  functional lab testing  to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes.
• Guide members in adopting sustainable,  anti-inflammatory diets , addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement.
• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in  functional nutrition  and autoimmune protocols.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system.
