Purchasing Administrator
Location : On-site in a clean, friendly office environment
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (First day : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)
Dress Code : Casual (jeans allowed), business casual when hosting visitors
About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for vendor coordination and purchasing operations? Join our dynamic team as a Purchasing Administrator, where you'll play a key role in managing inventory, processing purchase orders, and supporting logistics and marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
Monitor inventory for pump parts, components, and marketing materials
Process purchase orders and maintain ERP system accuracy
Manage vendor relationships, lead times, and escalations
Collaborate with Quality on non-conformance issues and RMAs
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Support trade shows and marketing initiatives
Maintain organized records and generate performance reports
Drive process improvements across purchasing and logistics
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support
Strong vendor management and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic Excel
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
High School Diploma or GED required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $24.03 / hr.
