Purchasing Administrator
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will provide essential support to the purchasing and supply chain operations. You will oversee inventory levels, process purchase orders, and ensure the ERP system is current. You will also manage vendor relationships and assist with logistics, shipping, and marketing efforts.
The work environment is clean and well-maintained, with a personal workspace provided. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans, but business casual attire is required when hosting visitors. The team enjoys a friendly office atmosphere with regular celebrations and food orders every other Friday. The office houses a small group of 20 people on-site, with some remote work available primarily for sales roles. Working hours are from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm, with the first day scheduled from 8 am to 5 pm.
Qualifications
2+ years of recent experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support.
Experience in vendor management and communication.
Proficiency in processing purchase orders and invoices.
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and basic Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with ERP systems.
Strong communication skills for teamwork and vendor coordination.
HS Diploma or GED minimum required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $24.03 / hr.
