What You'll Do

• Own the Jobsite : You'll lead the day-to-day operations across 2-3 active projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly - from scheduling trades to managing site safety.
• Partner with PMs : Work closely with Project Managers to hit timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground voice of leadership and execution.
• Think Ahead : Proactively plan for materials, sequencing, and site readiness. You'll anticipate issues before they arise and create solutions before they're needed.
• Drive Quality : Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness, ensuring Revival homes meet both design vision and durability goals.
• Communicate Often and Well : You'll be in constant communication with clients, trades, vendors, and your internal team. Clear, respectful communication is a cornerstone of your leadership.
• Use the Tools : You'll leverage Buildertrend daily to track schedules, submit documentation, and keep the team aligned.
