A company is looking for a Functional Lead in Field Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for FSM workstreams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals

Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and present progress reports to client leadership

Manage and mentor functional consultants while supporting project governance and post-go-live efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

7+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting with technology / FSM solution implementations

Demonstrated ability to lead functional teams and own solution delivery for mid-sized transformation programs

Knowledge of FSM capabilities and familiarity with utility operations and asset management

Hands-on experience with functional configuration, system validation, and user training
