Essential Functions

• Direct all PMO activities for assigned capital and modernization programs, overseeing cost, schedule, risk, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with client leadership, contractors, and partner agencies; provide executive-level reporting and decision support.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project controls, environmental, technology, and communications functions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for cost, schedule, and risk; ensure timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Manage change-management processes, contract modifications, and earned-value performance.
• Champion integration of digital tools, sustainability, and equity considerations throughout program delivery.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture emphasizing ethics, transparency, and professional growth.
