Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Salary : $65,000

Schedule : Tuesday-Thursday in-office; Monday & Friday remote

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong payroll experience, particularly with manual garnishments , and may assist with payroll processing and government surveys depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Process payroll accurately and on time.

Handle manual garnishments with precision (required).

Assist with government surveys and reporting as needed.

Support payroll audits and compliance initiatives.

Utilize UKG (UltiPro) software experience a plus.

Qualifications :

Proven experience managing payroll, garnishments required.

Familiarity with UKG (preferred, not required).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
