Collaborate with engineering and founders to initiate and deliver roadmap projects

Engage with customers to identify design improvements and build solutions

Create mockups and prototypes, and implement a design system for product consistency

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software design

Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges

Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma and familiar with HTML / CSS

Strong desire for ownership and ability to execute from idea to measurement

Experience in hiring and team collaboration
