Security Professional - CRE Patrol Specialist

As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Specialist in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer at a leading commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible throughout your shift, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while responding to incidents as needed. Pay Rate : $18.17 / Hour

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Observe and report any unusual activity and / or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Support Allied Universal and client staff by maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned location.

Document incidents and daily activities according to site protocols.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
