Inside Sales & Lead Generation – B2B Customer Service

Looking to put your cold calling and sales skills to work in a fast-growing company? Custom Fabricating & Supplies is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative who can prospect and sell , in a B2B environment.

Your Day-to-Day :

  • Cold call and prospect new businesses to generate sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with inbound leads and nurture potential clients.
  • Help and maintain a sales pipeline to meet company growth targets.
  • Assist customers with quotes and order processing while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

    • Who We Are Looking For :

  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and B2B sales.
  • 3+ years in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service with a sales focus.
  • Competitive drive with a hunter mentality for new business.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP / CRM systems.
