Summary :
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides patient care assessment and treatment. Responsible for mentoring Students and other Rehab Services personnel as assigned. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.
The SLP will work with pediatric clients the majority of the time but will also treat a smaller number of adults as needed.

Patients and families : Provide patient assessment, care, and information. Address concerns and complaints. Project a positive image of the department and hospital. Physicians and other healthcare team members : Promote coordination of care. Address concerns and complaints. Community and Business : Provide education. Promote department and hospital.
