A well-established demolition and abatement firm with a national reputation is looking to add an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to their team in Des Moines, IA. This group has a strong safety culture and is known for handling complex, large-scale jobs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the pre-construction estimating side and being hands-on with project execution through the finish line.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Review drawings, specs, and proposals to scope out the job and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Handle full-cycle project management : budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and closeout
• Make regular job site visits to keep tabs on progress, safety, and quality
• Submit change orders, purchase orders, and job-related paperwork
• Work closely with field crews, subs, and vendors to keep things moving and on budget
• Be a key part of safety culture ensure everything stays compliant and above board
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project partners
• Help improve processes and drive efficiencies across projects
• Occasionally travel to job sites as needed
