Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage a book of business
Research and analyze benefit plans while ensuring compliance with regulations
Oversee the proposal process and negotiate with carriers for client renewals
Required Qualifications
BA / BS preferred
5+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits
Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry
Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
Technical knowledge of benefits administration and industry trends
