Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm , is seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group , within the Corporate Trust Subgroup . This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated structured finance matters, representing trustees and collateral agents in high-value transactions. The position is open to multiple of the firm’s U.S. offices and offers the chance to collaborate with leading attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 3–5 years of substantive experience in finance or structured finance transactions
• Experience representing trustees and / or collateral agents is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to draft , review , and negotiate complex transaction documents
• Adept at providing strategic legal advice on a variety of structured finance matters
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating initiative and independence
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills, alongside strong business acumen
