Job Summary :

The Human Resources Internal Communications Intern at CF Industries will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of feeding the world sustainably. As a member of the HR team, you will contribute to our HR internal communications and play a role in fostering a positive workplace culture through on-site event management support.

Job Description : Job Description :

• Content Creation : Collaborate with the HR team and HR Communications to create compelling internal communications materials through writing and / or design that support our newsletter, employee emails, presentations, and on-site events.
• Intranet Management : Learn how to maintain and update the CF Industries' HR intranet platform, ensuring that it serves as a valuable resource for employees, housing HR-related news, policies, and important updates.
• Event Support : Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events that promote a sense of belonging and community within the organization.
• Research : As a capstone to your internship, you will present industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our HR communications strategy.

The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $17.30 - $21.49 per hour

The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
