job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional - Access Control Patrols
As a Security Professional - Access Control Patrols in Claymont, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, where your commitment to integrity and people-first service truly makes a difference.

Pay Rate : $19.50 / Hour
Job Schedule : Day Time
Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
