A large agricultural / food production organization has a current opening for a Bilingual HR Coordinator at their main office in Eastern South Dakota. The company has a strong presence in the area and in the animal agriculture sector. The Bilingual HR Coordinator will be responsible for the overall HR responsibilities and duties while working closely with additional HR staff members and Ownership. This will include recruitment, hiring & firing, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits, and employment law. Ideal candidates will possess at least 2 years of Human Resource experience as well as bilingual communication capabilities.

Responsibilities / Duties :

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the location(s) staff members.
• Oversee HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, hiring & firing, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate directly with location management and senior leadership.
• Directly report and correspond with the HR Manager and Ownership team
• Develop, implement, and explain HR policies and guidelines to managers and employees.
• Manage performance review and compensation review process.
• Travel to additional area sites when needed.
