Pay Range : $80,000 - $115,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

Paryani Construction is seeking a dedicated Commercial Construction Superintendent who leads with a safety-first mindset and has a passion for field operations. This role is essential in managing on-site activities and supervising field personnel to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion. The Superintendent will oversee safety practices, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision of all construction activities and personnel.
• Establish and enforce project-specific safety plans; serve as the safety lead on-site.
• Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors, owners, and tradespeople to align on project progress and resolve challenges.
• Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics to support efficient work sequencing.
• Enforce project quality control standards in accordance with plans, specs, and local building codes.
• Act as a liaison with property owners, tenants, or occupants throughout the construction process.
• Maintain project records, including daily logs, photo documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, document performance, and help identify and process change orders or back charges.
• Collaborate in creating and implementing CPM schedules; ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Supervise field labor including company personnel and third-party wage / hour workers.
• Ensure subcontractor activities align with jobsite expectations and project deliverables.
• Support final project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover to the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Project Managers or company leadership.
