job_description.job_card.job_description5+ years of U.S.-based commercial construction experience (Metro Atlanta preferred). PEMB / warehouse construction experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership skills, able to manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Procore and Bluebeam experience. Solid knowledge of OSHA safety standards and local codes. Authorized to work in the U.S. (required). $90,000 – $120,000 / year, depending on experience. Vehicle allowance. What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are always met; safety is a core value.
- Coordinate inspections and site logistics, including materials, deliveries, and equipment.
- Work closely with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to solve problems and meet deadlines.
- Keep daily reports organized using Procore.
