Position – Coating Operator

Job Location – New Berlin, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6 : 00am – 3 : 30pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18-$22 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more PVD coating machines and ensure product is at company standards
• Use machine shop practices and knowledge and apply it to the position
• Keep coating machinery and department in good repair and clean
• Follow directions and use communication skills with peers / managers
• Complete other duties as necessary
