Customer Support Representative

LeadVenture is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our dealer and retailer network. In this role, you'll guide retailers through enrollment in brand programs, assist with platform connections, and ensure smooth setup and maintenance within the Thumbstopper solution. You'll be a key part of helping our partners succeed by resolving issues quickly and delivering a great customer experience every time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist retailers with account enrollment and setup across supported platforms
• Connect retailers to search and social channels via email and phone outreach
• Maintain accurate account and product tier information
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve support cases in Salesforce within one business day
• Research dealer eligibility for additional brand programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution
