Salary Range : $85,000 $95,000 annually

Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for our organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Port Washington, NY and is ideal for a professional with a strong background in both payroll and employee benefits. The successful candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance with regulations, and effective management of employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other offerings
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll and benefits data
• Oversee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in coordination with providers
• Prepare and submit required reports for internal and external audits
• Stay current on changes in payroll laws and benefits regulations
• Recommend improvements to payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance

Pay Details : $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
