Prominent Plaintiffs' Medical Malpractice law firm has an immediate opening for a Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their team in Southfield. The ideal candidate with have prior experience with Plaintiff-side Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury litigation!

The ideal candidate will have experience with :

• Drafting litigation documents, including complaints, affidavits of merit, witness lists, exhibit lists, expert lists, initial disclosures, other discovery requests and routine motions.
• Drafting responses to defense discovery requests.
• Assisting attorneys in communications with expert witnesses and preparing records for expert review.
• Trial preparation, including preparing trial binders, joint final pretrial orders, jury instructions and verdict forms.
• A thorough knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Power Point required. Experience with Needles or Neos is a plus!
