Your Responsibilities Identify target markets and affinity sponsors to initiate contact and build relationships with C-level decision-makers, with a focus on closing sales.

Create and execute a business plan that includes market strategies and financial targets.

Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Lockton Affinity’s insurance products, services, systems, and differentiators (property and casualty, and employee benefits) through networking and professional development.

Develop an industry or service specialization.

Understand the client’s business and how Lockton Affinity provides value through service and specialized solutions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust to drive revenue growth.

Lead client relationships and oversee service delivery throughout the lifecycle of Lockton Affinity’s relationship with clients.

Collaborate with account teams to ensure clients receive appropriate advice and coverage aligned with business objectives and company goals.

Qualifications 5+ years of proven excellence in a B2B sales role with a strong track record of sales achievement, preferably in an industry with a long sales cycle.

Competitive drive and a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent relationship-building and management skills.

Consulting or advising experience is a plus.

Strong business and financial acumen; ability to understand business issues across industries.

Strategic, entrepreneurial approach with readiness to develop and run a business.
