Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. This role will focus on showcasing our construction projects, company culture, and industry expertise across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities Develop and manage content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Create engaging posts highlighting projects, milestones, and company updates

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather photos, videos, and updates

Monitor analytics, track engagement, and recommend strategies for growth

Stay current on social media trends and best practices within the construction industry

Qualifications Experience in social media management and content creation

Strong writing, photography, and video editing skills

Ability to translate technical / construction content into engaging posts

Highly organized with attention to detail
