SERVPRO Montrose / Telluride is seeking an able-bodied individual for the position of Mitigation Crew Supervisor. If you have basic computer skills, supervisory skills and hands-on experience in mitigation (Fire, water, mold) experience and are willing to learn, this could be your ideal opportunity.

Our core services include property damage clean-up and restoration / repair of homes and businesses that have suffered events such as water or sewage damage, fire and smoke damage, vandalism, trauma scene clean-up. Crew Supervisors work with a team that is dispatched to damaged properties to provide a variety of emergency clean-up, dry-out, and repair services. Crew Chiefs supervise and direct team members to install restorative drying equipment and perform specialty cleaning techniques. They also learn to use advanced moisture monitoring equipment to thoroughly document the drying progress of each project. Technicians provide information to the customer, and their supervisor and SERVPRO office staff.

Typically, work is 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Monday-Friday. However, there are times where overtime is required to take care of an emergency services project. Some weeknights and weekend "on call" duty for emergency service jobs.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Pay range varies, based upon experience and certifications. Starting wage range is $22.00 / Hr - $26.00 / Hr. Additionally, overtime pay for over 40 hours work each week plus other incentives also increase total compensation. A lot of room for career advancement and greater earnings.
