Role Summary

As a Digital Product Manager within the Enterprise Data team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of personalized customer experiences. This role bridges data, AI, and marketing technology to deliver adaptive, real-time engagement across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, operationalize machine learning models, and drive measurable impact through personalization.

You'll lead initiatives that connect enterprise data with AI / ML capabilities, enabling predictive analytics, dynamic content delivery, and intelligent automation. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI-driven personalization features across digital channels.
