Current Need :

The Sr. Manager (Lead), Product Innovation supports the execution of McKesson’s enterprise innovation strategy by managing the day-to-day operations of innovation projects and programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Innovation, the Manager of Product Innovation is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of pilots, proof of concepts, and minimum viable products. This role plays a critical part in operationalizing innovation efforts, applying structured methodologies, and maintaining alignment with strategic goals. The position requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and a working knowledge of innovation frameworks and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities :

Innovation Management

• Manage the tactical execution of innovation initiatives from concept through pilot and MVP delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or delays.
• Ensure documentation and reporting of project outcomes and learnings.
• Help build business cases justifying investments in and returns from individual innovation initiatives.
